Great experience! I took our baby girl, Bonnie, in for a bath and a summer cut and we couldn't be happier! The shop was clean, well organized and the staff was friendly and caring. We have found a new home for our fur-baby's grooming needs!

We went to bring my fur baby to get his nails clipped only to be shooed away bc I didn't have a appt and she whoever worked there seemed so rude not welcoming at all and my mom thought it would be a good place to take him to plus possibly groomed since it's a nice area and she also comes to this plaza to get her nails done. We never been there before so we thought we would give this place a shot. But I'll never go back there I found a good spot where people seem happy to take care of my dog and friendly service.

Hi Renalyne. When did you stop by at the store? I am at the store Tues-Friday. We never require an appointment for a nail trim for dogs. It only takes 15 - 20 mins provided the dog is cooperative. I've always welcomed walk-ins for nail trim. For your information, there is no nail salon at the plaza that we are in. Could your mom have gone to a different grooming shop?

There is no other place I will ever take my dogs. Ashlyn and Whitley always come home so pretty and beautiful. The people that work there are all so nice and really like the animals and it shows. We ❤️ Pink Pucci!!
