Hey Courtney I'm the owner of The Pink Poodle I just wanted to apologize for for what happened at our shop. I was out of town when this happened so I did not see the injury to your dog and certainly would have handled this differently. I would like to refund your money and understand why you feel like you do my dogs are my babies and I would have been just as upset .I have been grooming in Tallahassee for 25 years and unfortunately dogs get cut from time to time I am not defending my groomers actions at all and spook to both... read more
