Nails came out crooked and the person doing my nails was very rough. I bled multiple times and all I got was one "You okay?". There was a young girl running around bothering both customers and workers. She distracted the person working on my nails and at one point had scissors?? In addition, they were very expensive for an overall disappointing experience.

Terrible experience! The staff had one of their young children there and depended on us to watch her. She climbed all over me while getting my pedicure and the parent said nothing about it. She had even came up and smacked me at one point. We left before my polish dried because she had pulled some of my hair out from hanging on me. Will not be going back.

we called for our appointment a week and a half prior, they overbooked and/or didn't even put our appointment down and was telling us we had to wait. she was about about to do my nails, then she turned around and said i would have to wait.

My gel manicure is chipped after 4 days of daily living. Ive never had one chip. Low quality service. I would rate 0 if I could. I was able to walk in and sit right down, should have been a 🚩. There were two other clients that came in around the same time and it seemed if the techs were in a race to see who could finish first, you can tell in the quality of the work. They were unable to do the cateye manicure I requested, then they were out of the next 2 color options, forcing me to go with a fourth color selection. I was n... read more
