Faucet replacement done by Lou who had all the parts in the truck. Job was done in about an hour and he confirmed the shutoff valve under the sink was functioning correctly before leaving. Good thorough completion on what could have been a rushed service call.

Better than every other plumber I've called in Phoenix. The flat rate pricing is the thing. No guessing at the end of the job about what you owe. Jason gave me the number before touching anything and that was the invoice amount. Simple as it should be.

I did a review below a while back on Lou and Anthony at Pink Plumbing, but I absolutely need to do another one! They never cease to amaze me! As I mentioned in my original review, our home is older, so we have had a few more problems since then. Also, as I said before, I will never go anywhere else for our plumbing problems. Every time I called them, they came out as soon as they could. Flooded kitchen from a failed dishwasher line. Chris came out within an hour of the emergency call, assessed what was wet, made the repair and gave us a checklist of what to watch for over the next week. The upfront price before starting meant we could focus entirely on the damage instead of worrying about the bill at the end.
