Outstanding. My first visit to Florida and the store: wanted to get some nice quality items for myself. For my birthday. Got outstanding service, bought everything Brook showed. At the end received a lovely gift: a bracelet! Will be updating my all resort wardrobe from this store. Love.

Walked into store with daughter and was not greeted by any of the several employees working, even though the store was practically empty. My husband walked in to join us and joked that he felt the workers were giving us the same look Julia Roberts was given in the movie Pretty Woman because we were dressed so casually. Unfortunately, I agreed and we left the store. Would rather buy my Lilly Pulitzer at Von Maur where customer service seems to matter.

We have a vacation home in PCB. I frequent the store regularly. On my last visit, I was looking for my stepdaughter a special outfit to wear for her college graduation. The sales associates were so friendly and helpful. I explained that I was taking the dress home to KY and wouldn't be able to have my stepdaughter try it on until the next weekend. I absolutely LOVE this store. The employees are always so helpful and nice. Lilly is not usually my style. I'm more of a black and no pattern kind of girl but shopping here makes me happy. The ladies that are working always help me find cute, comfortable outfits that I feel confident in. I always make sure I stop in when I'm at Pier Park!

I walked into this store with my 2 year old on my hip. It wasn't terribly busy and I wasn't greeted by anyone and wasn't asked if I needed any help. There were 3 young girl employees at the front talking to each other. I looked at a dress and a pair of pants that I would have seriously considered trying on and purchasing as I so adore the LP apparel. Brooke Jett is a doll! I was able to call the store and plan an order over the phone. I received my items in two days. She helped me with fit/style questions and made sure to take the time so I would get the items I wanted in the right fit. I can't wait to order again!
