I took my family( my husband and 2 kids) for a treat here today and wow they didn’t disappoint. My youngest was 2 years old and they were so playful with him. The kids even got little snacks which they enjoyed. The overall customer service was top notch. The nail technicians were very skilled. I moved to Lorton not too long ago and it’s been so hard for me to find a nail shop with skilled technicians that also looks after the health of the customers nail. They were very detail oriented. TERRIBLE CHOP SHOP!!! They cut up and bruised my friend’s feet. They also cut her cuticles and messed up her gel x design. They cut my cuticle as well. We went back to discuss with the owners and they were unprofessional and even ignored us. Refused to come to a resolution when my friend had to go to the doctors for her feet pain and cuts.
