Every time I visit Pink Nails, I leave feeling content, and today was my best experience yet. I showed the receptionist the inspo for the nail art I wanted when I arrived. She took a picture and quickly got pulled colors that matched the exact shade in the photo. The nail tech worked carefully and made sure that not only the nails looked great but that they were to my liking. We had fun today! Thanks ladies!!

We were visiting from out of town and wanted colorful bright nails and they did an amazing job.
Before the pedicure started, I pointed out the specific spot that I needed to be buffed/filed. Instead of that occurring, I received a few layers of skin taken off on the back of my foot. This is not a place normally buffed because the skin is so thin. I wanted the thick heel part buffed. The rest of the pedicure was not relaxing and was miserable.
I will not take this sitting down I have to voice this out my frustration. It happened yesterday afternoon May17, 2026 around 3:45 pm, to make it short, the technician instructed me to soak my feet in the water but for me it was just to wet my feet and started right away and I felt pain, everytime she cut my nails and accidentally touched my dry skin.
