Had a shellac mani/pedi which was advertised as a 90 minute service with massage/hot stones etc. but it ended up being a very rushed and far from relaxing experience. My nails look “ok”….nothing fantastic but fine unfortunately not worth $90! They had obviously over booked and people were standing around waiting for their appointments making it quite uncomfortable for the people getting their services. I wanted to start off by saying how lovely Hannah’s service was! She was very kind and I was very happy with my pedicure. The reason for my low star rating is for the way one of the nail techs (nail tech named So) was treating my mother during her mani/pedi. So was constantly insulting my mother on her fingernails and complaining about how brittle they were (my mother is anemic which causes brittle nails). Absolutely exceptional service. I haven’t had a pedicure in so long and they treated me so good and my toes look amazing ! I also go a. Ice leg massage which felt so good. Very friendly staff. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for today
Don’t go there, they’ll always charge you more and find a reason why it’s more. Been there 4 times for the EXACT same thing and the price was always different.
