I went with a friend to get pedicures and it was not a great experience. My chair was very uncomfortable and the owner was very pushy with add-on services. The nail techs did a good job, but the environment was not relaxing. They also charged us for extras which we had declined while booking on the phone, which is rather unprofessional.

I tried this place for the first time on Friday to get an pedi and it seemed like a typical nail salon. My nail tech asked if I wanted my toe nails cut short and I said not to go short because I suffer from ingrowns so just cut it straight across (because rounding toe nails causes them to grow into the skin). Well she rounded the corner and now Tuesday morning I have ingrown pain on that side of my toe. Not to mention she didn’t even apply the top coat to cover all my nails. I had a good, average, pedicure, the staff was ok. My low rating is because I was searching for a place that had a bit of a pedicure plus plus. I was able to book online for an deluxe pedicure by OPI with a couple extras. I definitely didn't get that one, they didn't even check to see what I had booked. I was uncomfortable the whole time because the chair I was in, and looking around the others as well, were old didn't have good back support.
