I ordered during boxing day sale. There was ZERO communication on the website or Instagram about a 3 week closure. I found out from a friend at the start of January, who happened to see the measly 1 Facebook post, posted on the 17th of December about the closure. (I do not really use Facebook so I never saw it) it has now been almost 2 weeks since the business' return on the 8th of January and no shipment notification about my order.
