Booked an appointment at 11:30. At 9:38 while i was sleeping she messaged me saying “I’ll have to see you at 10:30 if not i think I’ll have to reschedule for Monday”. Once i woke up to get ready for my appointment and saw the message, i text her that i couldn’t be there at 10:30 and expected the appointment time i had set so to send my money back. Takes money for appointments and cancels last minute - when you ask for a deposit back she will suddenly say you can come with less than 30 minutes time to show up and refuse to send the deposit back.
Warning that the photos on Google Maps show a proper salon but this is actually a “in-apartment” business. Original studio must have closed down, after paying deposit i was sent directions to an apartment complex with an apartment number
