I never do this at all. I have been trying for over a week to get someone just to help me with bathing suits. I have 3 of us who want bathing suits shipped to us and I keep calling and trying to get a hold of someone. They tell me to call back and then don't answer, they tell me that they are too busy and cant do it right now, they tell me they will get back to me and don't.
