The building is filthy. They’re trying to charge everyone in the floor because one person is dirty. Maintenance is slow and unhelpful. They cheap out on everything. If you get locked out, there’s not like a lock out fee or anything - maintenance won’t come. They make you call a private locksmith which is way more hassle for you just because of their laziness. There’s no care for tenants at all. Just dollar signs for them.
moldy squalor apartment with cockroaches. State of the "professionally cleaned" rug as soon as I move in. They never answered any service calls and tried to keep my deposit despite causing no damage and had to be taken to court. Encourage all to do the same. Record everything and take pictures of everything if you decide to rent from them!
Absolutely horrible place to put your kids at, coming from a mother who used to save children's lives at college campuses so I'm warning you now don't rent from this property management team.
I rented from Pinion Property in Corvallis for several years at two different properties. In my experience, the only positive thing was the location and proximity of their units to the University. Both units I lived in were in very poor condition. In the first unit, the bathroom sub-flooring was totally rotten when I moved in.
