Absolutely horrible place to put your kids at, coming from a mother who used to save children's lives at college campuses so I'm warning you now don't rent from this property management team.
I rented from Pinion Property in Corvallis for several years at two different properties. In my experience, the only positive thing was the location and proximity of their units to the University. Both units I lived in were in very poor condition. In the first unit, the bathroom sub-flooring was totally rotten when I moved in. Initially, they told me the property owner wasn’t obligated to replace it, and it was only after I threatened to report them to the City that they took action. Honest business with respect and historian the community. The apts are what they are,, most of the reviews are obviously exaggerated and coming from whiny individuals. Who complains when it rains in Oregon! That is a lot of complaining. So give them a chance bc I was satisfied with my lease and time with the property and it's ownership!
Pinion Property Management is arguably one of the worst companies to deal with. If hell had a property management division, this would be it. They are inflexible and seem to prioritize squeezing as much money as possible from tenants. If I had no other option, I would honestly prefer being homeless over living under their management. They consistently fail to fix damages in a timely manner, and when it comes time to address repair costs, they unfairly place the entire burden on the tenant.
