Not sure why this place or doc Phipps is getting a bad rep. He was awesome with me. Suggested a different wrap for my elbow and already feels better. No more pins and needles in my hand. Going back for pt. We'll see how that goes. They'll get a separate review.
Had an appointment at 1030 for my sons follow up on a broken arm. We knew after 6 weeks his fracture would be healed but came for x-rays just to be safe. Place was empty, they made us wait 20 minutes in the waiting room with our small children fussing. Saw the doctor in the back just fiddling around. Finally came back and got x-rays, saw myself the fracture was healed but thought I'd wait some more for the doctor to come in and give us his expert opinion. Again, waited 20 minutes. My girlfriend went here for a wrist injury, and the Dr treated her like she was an idiot, he was incredibly rude from the first point of contact to the point we asked him to leave the room. We were asking simple questions about her injury and he would reply with "did you not understand what I just said" and "do you not hear me". Dr. Phipps is incredibly unprofessional and has zero bedside manners. Treats you like you're stupid.
Bring back Shawna full time to your front desk. She doesn't interrupt you when you talk and she knows the difference between a podiatrist and and orthopedic. Doctors are great!
