This company called pini is an awful place. They take your money and don't do their part correctly. There's no one that can or will assist you with the correct information or correct their mistakes. They lie to you and then have another person there back up their lies. Customer service doesn't exist in this place in no shape or form. You request your money back and they refuse, how is that. I DON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO USE THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT GOOD INSURANCE WITH A PLACE THAT DON'T FOLLOW THRU.
