My first appointment was excellent! The staff is courteous, my scheduled appointment was on time and the dentist is caring and skilled. Everything was explained to me prior, including the cost of the procedure. I am very pleased with the procedure's that were done and will return for future dental care.
I am happy to report that the staff of Pingree Smile Center seem to listen to my complaints about unnecessary dental work and agreed to postpone some work which will need to be done sometime, but not urgent. Dealing with "pushy" dental offices which want to sell as many procedures as possible, all in the name of "preventative", can be very frustrating and expensive. Pingree SC lets the patient call the shots.
Very nice and explained what they were doing before they were going to do it. I was their last appointment of the evening, but they didn't seem rushed at all. Very patient!
I called the office after losing a crown and finding out my regular dentist was out of the office for a while. Dr. Patel and his staff were kind, patient, and gentle. What a wonderful experience and I’m so thankful I found them!!
Receptionist. Hygienest. and Dr all very friendly courteous explained procedure n follow up with explanation. Answered all questions n explained what they were doing during procedure
