Medical staff was fine, if a bit rushed. Non medical staff was consistently rude, in person and on the phone. Billing is outsourced; the billing company is a disaster. Avoid.
No waiting!! Everyone one was super sweet and seemed to love their job. Was meet with all smiling faces! My FNP-C Kristen Cernosek made me feel right at home and was to the point, got me all work in quickly but I never felt rushed. I believe all the right choices were made and we made a huge step forward in the right direction. Thank you.
This was my 3rd or 4th time as a patient at Piney Point Surgery Center, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. My husband and I consistently receive top notch, 10/10 bedside care and customer service, from the check in desk to the nursing staff. I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility. My experience trying to obtain my complete medical records after what felt like an incomplete and poorly communicated procedure has been both frustrating and concerning. After multiple requests for my records, made so I could seek a second opinion, I was provided with imaging files that lacked my name or date of birth, raising serious doubts about whether the images even belong to me.
