This was my 3rd or 4th time as a patient at Piney Point Surgery Center, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. My husband and I consistently receive top notch, 10/10 bedside care and customer service, from the check in desk to the nursing staff. I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility. My experience trying to obtain my complete medical records after what felt like an incomplete and poorly communicated procedure has been both frustrating and concerning. After multiple requests for my records, made so I could seek a second opinion, I was provided with imaging files that lacked my name or date of birth, raising serious doubts about whether the images even belong to me. The check in staff, the pre op nurses, doctors and the recovery team are all so incredibly nice here. It makes me feel so at ease undergoing my fertility procedures. I really appreciate everybody so much.
