Updated after a 1.5 years of renting. I would've moved when my lease was over but I fell ill and was stuck for another term. Roaches, shoddy apartments, dog feces everywhere, heat/air/and appliances constantly broken. Water leaks and mice. Kudos to the landscaping company for keeping a great appearance. Upon the issues, a safe place to live if you can afford it. That's the extra star!
I toured this place on 1.7.25. It was disgusting, smelly, and ran down. I have never toured any apartment in Atlanta like this before. This is not the place for anyone to be living in that is professional and like peace of mind.
