Horrible, no lights horrible smell the garbage is in front of our balcony there is one single lights for three bedrooms
I want to start by saying that I don’t live at this complex, but I walk my dog by it every day. While I always carry poop bags and clean up after my dog, I’ve noticed a frustrating amount of dog poop left in the small grassy area between the bushes and sidewalk. It’s disappointing that either the management or residents don’t take care of this—it’s unpleasant to smell and frustrating to constantly pull my dog away from it. theres so much dog owners who dont clean up after their dogs and because of that im always stepping on poop and the dogs are always barking at night.
I been living here for than a few years and I seen it all. From different maintenance attendants from different managers. This place has gone downhill. Thiers mole every year of the rain and highly infected with ants and cockroach during the summer time. With no parking space and criminal activity. Management has a very poor reputation to attendants who live here doesn't even have a emergency number of your unit requires attention. I don't recommend this property at all.
