Walked in tonight with a party of 4 without a reservation and was seated in the 'living room' section in a timely fashion. Once our party got our first drink, we were promptly ignored for the remainder of our time there. No drink refills were offered nor were we checked on after the drinks were delivered. I eventually got up after an hour and asked for the check. Manager came over to apologize. He did ask if we wanted anything else, but we declined. He then delivered the full price bill.
