Every night a new car is vandalized. My girlfriends car has been egged several times. My car had its back window busted out. At least 5 different cars have been spray painted and the windows completely shattered! The apartment complex has no cameras on the lot, so the problem will never be fixed. The only positive thing I can honestly say about Pinewood Place Apartments is in regards to our landlord. She is very accommodating and is a very sweet person. I have lived here for 4 years and I must say is a pleasure to be here. The manager is so kind and helpful plus its right down the street from great schools.
I have lived at Pinewood Place Apartments for about a year and I can say that it has been a pleasure. It is close quarters to my children’s school and close to many stores which is a plus. All the children play together which I love and everyone is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is always around to fix anything when needed and the leasing office lady is super sweet and always helpful! I can truly say that moving to Pinewood Apartments has been the best especially when it has been my second year since I moved to Missouri.
I've been here a few years and I love the staff. They are all so very helpful and have taken care of any issues right away.
Great apartments to live in. The management team and maintenance team is awesome. Its affordable living and well worth the cost. My family and i love it here. We are the Mooney Jones family.
I just recently moved in and I will tell you Brittany worked herself to the bone to have me in here, she had everything ordered and put in in a matter of weeks!!! ALSO.. The maintenance man Daryl has been exceptional as well he worked in my apartment my ac was out and it was 100 degrees and he worked day and night painting, putting in new fixtures, doors, cabinets, flooring!!! I love how friendly and helpful they are!!!
