My vehicle has been in their shop repeatedly for the same unresolved issues. Most recently, Pinewood Ford kept my car for 15 days, assuring me that all problems were fixed. Within 24 hours, issues began reappearing. The experience was seamless from start to finish. The owner personally came out to greet us, which set a great tone for the visit. The entire team was happy, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They made the entire purchase feel effortless, and I am very satisfied with my new Ford Bronco. I would highly recommend Pinewood Ford!!
