The owner of pinewood ford is a very down to earth, nice man. Everyone I have come into contact with that works there is also very helpful and kind.
We recently purchased a new vehicle from pinewood ford. The entire process was seamless and smooth. The salesman, Jason went above and beyond coming in on a day off to align with our day off to facilitate the test drive of the vehicle we purchased. The whole team, Including Eric and Ryan worked together to make this a stress free experience
We were kind of skeptical at first but after an inspection by the service manager the exact problem was addressed and an additional problem was found and repaired. All was covered under warranty. We are completely satisfied with the results of the inspection and repairs. Much thanks goes out to the staff at Pinewood for a job well done.
Overall the dealership was great to deal with for purchasing previous vehicles. I do find their service/warranty department gets quite busy or perhaps double booked at times leading to extended timeless for scheduled repairs or service.
