Scam. Paid annual fee for concierge services. Contacted three days in a row for emergent doctor need, no response from the number they provide by text and when you call, the number does not work. And the doctor's office refuses to speak to or schedule appointment except through Pinewood - who is a ghost at this point. DO NOT PAY THIS SCAM.

Dr. Patel was my OB throughout my pregnancy and was fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions my partner or I had and spent as much time as we needed during my appointments. During labor and delivery she made sure I was well taken care of and my desires for labor were followed. When we had to deviate from my preferred birth plan Dr. Patel discussed the reasons why and didn't make us feel pressured into a decision.
