I’m just happy Cristina is not the property manager anymore. She was really unprofessional and did nothing to help tenants. She would have attitude and was kinda vindictive if she had something against you. Betty and Chantel have done more than she has done the whole time she worked here! So thankful for them! When repairs need to be done I love that they come by and will walk through the fixes with the maintenance men. The maintenance guys are great as well.
Had a great experience at Pinewood Apartments, especially with Chantel and Betty. They both gave me a tour of the apartments and were both very nice.
I had a great experience touring the apartment community. Betty and Chantel were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the tour smooth and stress-free.
My husband and I toured the property. Chantel was friendly and answered all of our questions. The property was well maintained.
A big thank you to Cristina for going above and beyond to help us secure a 2 BHK in the same building and ensuring a smooth move-in. Her support, patience, and quick coordination made a big difference for our family. We’re very grateful for her help. And moreover I would like to sincerely thank to Juan and Bernie for their continuous support and quick response to all repair requests in our rental apartment. Their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help make living here very comfortable.
