I called and left a message for Dr. Rachima on JANUARY 15, 2021 that I need a refill for my Lisinopril, took my last one on 1/12/2021. Today is February 14 and he still has NOT called me back. Won't refill without seeing me. Won't see me unless I bring $100 cash as I'm self-pay. I'm in constant pain and can't work, no SSI, no SSDI, no UI, so no Dr and no BP Meds. But who cares? Obviously NOT Dr. Rachima. Miss Dr. Pascal!!
RecommendedDr. Rachima and nurse Gina are consummate professionals and have repeatedly demonstrated a true desire to be there for me as a patient and find answers if they weren't readily apparent. Best of all? THEY ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU.
The best place for care in the world..dr are fabulous..
Dr Rachima is just simply the best Dr ever!! He sees my entire family! I will never find another Dr that goes the extra mile and talks to you and explains things and actual cares about his patients!
I have been going to this group of doctors for many years. It is easy to get an appointment. Professional staff. Great bed side manner. Dr. Pascal is the best!
These people are on the ball! Fast and friendly. On site labs and x-ray.
The front desk staff is very nice and I do like my doctor; however, all of that is defeated by the absolutely poor way this facility is ran. I am never late for an appointment, at the LEAST, I am 5 minutes early. I have been coming here for a year and I have never had a wait less than hour. NEVER. Today my wait was an hour and 20 minutes.
