I’ve been living at Pine Tree Garden for the past two and a half years now, and I absolutely love it. I’ve noticed a significant improvement since the new management team took over (Kya). She’s always ready to assist me with any issues I may have, and the maintenance team efficiently fixes the problems

The best thing about Pinetree is the caring staff! Every time I go in the office, they are always so kind, warm and welcoming. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they do try to get to it fast. But if they can’t they do communicate to let me know.
I used to live here. The rent in 2022 was $1250/month for a 1 bedroom 600Sq.ft. apartment , plus water sewer Renter's Insurance. Then they raised it to $1350 in 2023. Then towards the end of the year I started having income issues. That's when they evicted me. I ended up being homeless for a month, sleeping in my car. Then they filed a bill against me, claiming I owed them $1350, plus a fee to replace the carpet. Insane.
