Very professional both Dr. Pedraza and entire staff. They take their time to explain any concerns one may have and their work is impeccable. Roxie is the main front desk person and is very helpful explaining the cost of all the procedures that the Doctor recommends and what the insurance covers. If needed she will also help you finding a financial plan.
