TJ was and is very patient, friendly and helpful not to mention has a great sense of humor, we love our a home. The maintenance guys are great as well very kind and helpful! I love it so far, on the top of that I have a cool apartment! Thanks to to whole staff
Only thing that is good is the area. The office people are terrible and can't even maintenance they're own apartments/property. We've been having issues, after issues. Even our emergency issues they will not attempt to address it or fix it until a week later if you're lucky. And it's not just us, multiple of our neighbors been having multiple issues as well. Highly wouldn't recommend wasting your money or time here. Not worth the headache!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but future tenants deserve to know my experience. Before I even moved in, management emailed me the day before move-in stating the office would be closed the next day and that I needed to pick up my keys before 4 PM that same day. I came in to discuss ongoing issues with my lease that previous management had repeatedly messed up. I’ll be honest—I came in frustrated and wasn’t the nicest at first, but Zoe remained calm, professional, and genuinely understanding. She took the time to hear me out, acknowledged my concerns, and worked with me until the situation was resolved. What stood out most is her consistency and dedication—you can tell she truly cares.
