Update: Since my update we have been through 2 more ownership. Gates Hudson who recently left now Thalimer who also doesn’t have their stuff in order. Sent a letter May 29 advising that the portal is not up for June rent… to bring in a check, cashiers check or money order.. last minute notice when again we pay online/using flex. The pet pickup is gone so there’s dog poop everywhere. Lights are turned off at night so it’s dark. Previous comments - Please do not move here. visited a friend for under an hour, parked in a visitor spot & they towed my vehicle. Time stamps as proof. Communication via email the complex sent out regarding parking did not specify visitor "allotted time" other than needing a guest pass if you are there longer than 24 hours. Email never mentioned visitors there under 24 hours requiring a guest pass (even when parking in a spot labeled V).
