If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. They truly love to waste people's time and let people do the majority of the case workers job for them. They literally did intake 3 times with my son because workers kept quitting. It was so repetitive and unnecessary. Took me 3 extra months to get my son into aba therapy. Also someone walked up to my car asking if I smoked weed and if I could give them some. I felt unsafe to say the least. If you can go literally anywhere else.
They are closing the autism center and 0 plans to help all these children after they close down. Absolute joke of any kind of institution, after all these people relying on the help we need for our kids and to suddenly close. Wouldn't recommend seeking help from Pines in any type of way. If you have a Autistic child I would recommend moving to Indiana or a bigger city. No help in Branch Co.
I've been going to pines for almost 3 months now and I am probably worse now than beginning the case managers don't know what they are even telling me I've gotten no help having trouble getting a job and homeless the counselor I have tells me I have a lot of barriers in my way well no shit I know that help me take care of what I'm dealing with so I'm not a happy person with pines I would never send anyone there
