These guys don't know Oregon law as it applies to being a car dealer. Oregon has laws that favor the consumer and requires car dealers to guarantee that every car on their lot is safe and driveable, unless they state known problems or mechanical issues. My daughter bought a car with less than 100K miles from them. The engine light was not on, which they pointed out several times, and there were no indications that there were problems inside the engine.
