Lovely place to live! This is an outstanding community to live in. Management is always there to help with any need. I have really enjoyed living here!
Nice Family friendly community The manager has taken this community to new places. Cleaned it up so much. The maintenance staff is always so eager to help . Look forward to Summer and the pool.
The community director is amazing! The apartments are gorgeous. I love how Reagan Lee worked with me and my sister. She communicated with us so well and made sure our problems were taken care of. She definitely took her time with us and was very respectful. The scenery is nice. I love the apartments and they are very clean.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because it is a nice well kept apartment complex from what I can see. Only bad thing I would say is that if the breezes ways are dirty the whole building gets in trouble for it and I dont even sit in the breeze ways to leave anything nor do my children play out there so I dont think that is fair small roach problem but I'm glad you all come and spray often

The drawback is... (Verified Renter) The drawback is that the way the Water is handled. The Bill I just got was from Dec18 - January 19. My meter is 12500 gallons LESS THAN THE BILLED METER READING. We are being charged for 5500 gallons and 5440 gallons. Our documented usage is 12000 gallons LESS. Several of our neighbors Are filing with the ECUA to look into billing practices for those of us who pay for water and sewage.
