Little can be said about the office staff except WOW! Amanda, Melissa, and Amy have all exceeded any expectations when I first moved in. If you need something taken care of, they are on it faster than any place I've lived in the States. Mike, the head maintenance manager, is one of the kindest and most caring guys you will run into. He won't jerk you around telling you something isn't wrong when it is, he will just get it fixed so you can enjoy your home! I love living here. The office staff has been so helpful and I have made some awesome friends! Great neighbors!
The location is beautiful, the air is fresh (for now) but the area is building up so much around the Pines that the streets, the views and the ambiance are all becoming clogged. The Pines seems to be having trouble keeping up with the neighborhood. Repairs and improvements are slow to be done!
I have lived here for a year now. I like my apartment very much The old management wasn't the best. Hoping the new one is better. I would recommend the Pines to people.
We have lived here over 5 years already and no complaints at all. Its a Nice complex . Alot space in a 2 bed/2bath apartments .we love our beautiful pool and the fun events with the pines care team !
