Recommendednice place well maintained building.
Make it wheelchair accessible. The doors are terrible to get through. The Cleaning staff never do the hallways. There has been times I have never heard a vacuum being used. Garbage chute room is horrible. The water is always getting turn off. The rent is way to high for what you are getting only 2 appliances. I have seen others with walkers who have complained about the weight of the doors. There is mold. Good luck to all living there.

I cannot express enough how terrible this complex is, or how unreliable Boardwalk is as a “management” company. If you’re going to live here, don’t get an outdoor parking spot, as they don’t monitor parking and people will take your spot. And you better not have visitors over when a football game is on, as the parking lot turns into a free for all. Backing out of your spots is always a treat when the fire lanes are full of vehicles.
