I have been living here since 2020 and this place has been nothing but amazing to live at. Chase and all other people who have worked here over the years have been kind, professional, and timely in everything that they do. Chase came to my apartment twice when I was locked out by the storm door and then got it replaced when it continued to be an issue. The new leasing manager Chase is difficult to deal with. I wish we had the last person! (Pieter) But it’s an OK place to live, but they like to tack on extra charges. I’m sure Chase gets a percentage of that or something because he is always out to charge me with something. Also if you have young kids they do not want any toys on the patio space. Which is weird.
