Very friendly office staff and it was nice that they got me in right away as I had escalating pain. I would have appreciated more communication before and during the procedure to give me a heads up as to what to expect. (Have vertigo) I was caught off guard several times. The Assistant was not very friendly and seemed flustered and hurried at times. The handout I was given was so light in some areas that I could not read it which was important the next day. Re: Dr. Nick Williams; The staff is rude. The hygentist yells at you for moving with the pain SHE is causing you. The doctor is short in responses pertaining to the aftercare of your mouth. You leave feeling like you just paid to be disrespected! And should you have any issues after your procedure, good luck getting them to recheck your mouth or for caring that their inadequate work has left you high and dry and now forced to see a REAL dentist and have the work redone! Staff was very concerned, polite & knowledgeable. Dr. Williams was patient & took the time to explain options & made getting to the root( no pun intended) of my pain #1 priority. I found him very trustworthy & confident.
I was absolutely shocked that I had absolutely no pain after my root canal, few people can say that. And, I was pretty impressed that the doctor himself called me up the next morning to see how I was doing, definitely a future referral from me
I had three root canals over a six week period and I am so glad I had it at Pinellas Endodonics! Dr.Williams was really good and explained everything. I hate shots but barely knew when he was giving me one. I would highly recommend Pinellas Endodonics to anyone needing a root canal.
