I agree with the first review, I stayed in pineland for a while and the landlord is very nosey, she treats you like your 5...what I didn't like about the apartments are she says there not income based, but they are. You havetoo to be in the house by 9pm...like we are in high school! Inspection is every month along with pest control...you still see bugs everywhere! The three stars are for; the place is quite, safe, and for access to the YMC, and they don't take there time fixing things! That's all its like your living with yo... read more
