Ok people, This is a very honest opinion and this is coming from a person who hates going to doctors in general. Dr.puleo is an extraordinary doctor,warm hearted and a kind smile. He not only sees his patients in the pine hurst clinic but operates on them himself in another hospital.he makes sure they are well taken care of afterwards to. I found staff very friendly and knowledgable. Made me feel comfortable.
Loved them at first but can’t seem to keep physicians on staff, The wait time is insane And at my last appointment they gave me the wrong test results after calling 3 times and leaving messages took 2 weeks to get results and then sent in a prescription that was not needed!
Very nice experience every time. Dr. Puleo listened to my wife and was really good at explaining everything. I like it a lot better than the big corporate places everywhere else. To those big places, you're just a number and a dollar sign to pay for their ridiculous overhead. They'll make you wait a half hour into your appointment time and then get mad at you if you ask a question. Dr. Puleo was awesome. He cares! He answered every question we had.
