I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Puleo to get my hormone prescription filled. He told me all about his 35 year old daughter who is now dealing with Stage 2 Breast cancer, sad but none of my business I am a stranger. The appointment was weird and very uncomfortable. I was simply trying to get a script filled. He is not my Dr, he wanted to argue and give me a pelvic ultrasound, which I declined. They don’t even deserve one star. The staff was unprofessional and inexperienced. The receptionist constantly transferred calls or put me on hold without ever following up. My delivery experience was awful as well. Instead of helping manage my pain sooner, they waited until the last minute. The anesthesiologist took forever to come in and didn’t even do the epidural correctly the first time, so I had to go through it twice. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. Puleo is truly as ideal a physician as can be. Professional, very intelligent, caring and real. I can only imagine the difference she has made for countless women over the years.
Ok people, This is a very honest opinion and this is coming from a person who hates going to doctors in general. Dr.puleo is an extraordinary doctor,warm hearted and a kind smile. He not only sees his patients in the pine hurst clinic but operates on them himself in another hospital.he makes sure they are well taken care of afterwards to.
