I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the vascular and vein department. I started the long process of seeing them for treatment of my veins. They never kept in touch, couldn’t get connected with me on the portal, and I was lost to follow up because of this. I had to call numerous times to try and be seen again. I was always told they would call back, and they didn’t. Finally, I was told I would have to start the process all over again, because it had been too long.
