My mom had multiple appointments with Christy Holt for sclerotherapy. Christy has been extremely nice and helpful throughout all of the appointments. Christy is very easy to get in touch with and responsive with setting appointments. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the vascular and vein department. I started the long process of seeing them for treatment of my veins. They never kept in touch, couldn’t get connected with me on the portal, and I was lost to follow up because of this. I had to call numerous times to try and be seen again. I was always told they would call back, and they didn’t. Finally, I was told I would have to start the process all over again, because it had been too long.
