Abhorrent communication. My GP placed a urology referral more than a week ago that has not been updated since. I have called four times, the first of which was the day of the order to which they told me they would call back the next day. They did not, and I proceeded to call back three more times over the course of the week, each time being sent straight to voicemail. There's a reason that they have the low rating that they do on here. My husband has been suffering from kidney stones and has ended up in the ER quite a few times and been referred to urology. We tried to call and schedule an appointment and each time have been sent to voicemail. We finally got a hold of them and because he had been seen by one doctor, a few years back he had to be approved to transfer to one of the other doctors. Clinic says they no longer accept Veteran patients referred by the VA for shock wave Lithotripsy. I guess we who served are not important enough to care for.
Terrible customer service. Transferring calls and not caring about helping me. Do not recommend at all.
Great staff and nice facility. I hope that they will improve communications with patients by enrolling in My Chart, Follow my Health or other similar electronic process that most hospitals/clinics use today. There is a clear and urgent need to move forward.
