My husband arrived to an appointment and was told by the nurse that Dr. Goetzl was seeing him because of high PSA ratings which are an indication of prostate cancer. When he told the nurse he was never tested for PSA levels the nurse found out that there was another patients document in my husband's file. The office manager did not admit to this incompetence.

Abhorrent communication. My GP placed a urology referral more than a week ago that has not been updated since. I have called four times, the first of which was the day of the order to which they told me they would call back the next day. They did not, and I proceeded to call back three more times over the course of the week, each time being sent straight to voicemail. There's a reason that they have the low rating that they do on here. My husband has been suffering from kidney stones and has ended up in the ER quite a few times and been referred to urology. We tried to call and schedule an appointment and each time have been sent to voicemail. We finally got a hold of them and because he had been seen by one doctor, a few years back he had to be approved to transfer to one of the other doctors. Clinic says they no longer accept Veteran patients referred by the VA for shock wave Lithotripsy. I guess we who served are not important enough to care for.
