Extremely terrible service. Whoever handles the referrals does a poor job. Tricare (military insurance) approved my referral in the month of February yet I could not initially get any return phone calls for weeks only to be told no such referral came through. My last attempt was the first week of April before the lady apologized for not having called me back in February. Doctors and nurses and everyone in the back are great. The front desk people are rude, condescending, and unhelpful. If this is the face of your business, then it's time for a change! Follow up... went back for one year check up and they refused to see me because of balance due. I've been paying what I can every month, and no one from this office ever notified me that there was a problem. Drove over an hour for this appointment only to be turned away. I've been here nice and kind doctors!!&but Dr GRANT BISCHOF was not very kind to my mother bc he did not smile when she was talking to him not one time!!&did not show he was listening to her!!& He Did not look at her sometimes when she was talking!!&Acted like he was mad about something the minute he came in the room!!&He said what the results were&what treatment she was going to get &but that was it!! All of the staff members were warm and friendly. Dr. Walker was very informative and took his time to listen and explain why he wanted more testing. Highly recommend
Take 1:Grant Bischof--this man refused to see me after I was late 10 minutes. he had gone on to see another patient and refused to see me, telling the receptionist that I should just reschedule! It takes quite a bit for me to go out and about as I am very dependent on others, I'm in a mobilize chair, someone has to drive me to and from, etc. refusing to even squeeze me in because lunch was less than half an hour away, I left without being seen after a year and a half of not seem on neurologist.
