Doctors and nurses and everyone in the back are great. The front desk people are rude, condescending, and unhelpful. If this is the face of your business, then it's time for a change!
I have been a patient of Dr. Sinclair's for over twenty years and have received excellent care from her and her team of professionals.
Um I recently realized the assistant doc put in my notes he thinks I have schizophrenia... I do not have schizophrenia and went to a psych doctor to confirm I do not have this. Why would a neurologist try to diagnose me with schizophrenia due to headaches and pain? I'm too exhausted to tackle this, but it's definitely caused some confusion for my healthcare in the last few months... As they thought his assumption was a real diagnosis... What a mess. I guess I should have read the notes sooner.
