RecommendedI love Lakeview townhomes. When I moved in, my townhome was updated and fresh. The office staff made it easy to move in and were very helpful. It is in a beautiful spot just near the lake. Living in this area is great as it is kind of secluded and away from the road. The maintenance guys are excellent. As soon as anything breaks they are in within 5 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend these beautiful townhomes.
RecommendedI absolutely adore this complex. Amazing manager and maintenance, on site security, plenty of closet space, wildlife roaming the property, quiet neighbors and all tucked behind a great neighborhood.
RecommendedWe have lived here since Feb 2019...We have not had any issues, the staff is very friendly, maintenance has always been quick..clean..and friendly. Its a nice quiet place to live.

RecommendedI've just recently signed my 7th, 12 month lease. the apartments are older, but very well maintained. and because they're older, they're bigger. I have a one bedroom with 700 sq ft. anytime I have ever had an issue the maintenance guy's are there for me. the management are the best. I get a Christmas card, and a birthday card every year. they make me feel very special. ❤❤

RecommendedUnfortunately, I moved away from Hunter Park 2 years ago and wished I never did. I miss living there so much. The apartments are very well kept and the management is wonderful. If I could I would move back there in a minute. If you are looking for a nice, reasonable & well kept apartment home with great management, please check Hunter Park out. You wont be sorry I promise.

Recommendedstill my favorite of all the apartments I've lived in! super sweet office managers. spacious, quiet and affordable. being a single gal, it helped being right by the office and the reassurance of the fire station next door. great place!

RecommendedI’ve had a pleasant experience living here the last 6 months. I absolutely adored the old leasing lady Carrie, she was initially the reason we moved into the place. The maintenance man, Brandon, is very efficient and gets things done as quickly as possible!
