My wife has a sister there and she does not receive the care that she deserves. We have found her with stool on her after being cleaned, crying for help, no answer to her call light and placed in a broken bed twice. We have tried to move her but they are no help at all and with covid going on no one wants to take her. Bad place to be.
RecommendedHad a visit today with my sister. She has been here 4 years and loves it! The visit was outside and it was very serene and peaceful there. The staff was very nice and explained all the rules concerning the visit, no touching, wearing masks, etc.... I enjoyed it and will definitely go back again soon....
This place is pure hell. I have a family member there and she is depressed, disrespected, uncared for, and is not eating. We just want to get her out of there.
They workers are hateful, rude, & mean to the residents!!!!
RecommendedI would give this facility 5 stars out of 5 stars if I could fine out how to do it. We have a family member here and I am most impressed with the staff and the attention that is shown to our family member. It is clean and the staff members really care about the patients. They are very helpful and work with the families also. No limited visitation...
The place is dirty need to be deep cleaned.Need to be painted very dingy.Also furniture need be wiped down and cleaned.Dining room tables and chairs need cleaning.The overall building just need a deep deep cleaning.Most of staff is great some of weekend staff on second shift has attitudes.If you put your love one here please check on them as much as possible.Mangement need to buckle up and improve.
They really dont give a you know what about its residents. this place is supposed to be one of the highly spoke of facilities in fayetteville and has some sorry a** employees. All they care about is money. my grandmother has been transported to doctors and dialysis with hospital gowns on, dried blood in her well chair, patients screaming, crying asking for help, employees just sitting around gossiping and ignoring patients and residents.
