I had a great experience today at Pinehurst Endodontics! I had to have an emergency root canal and they were able to fit me and relieve me of the horrible pain I was in. Great staff!! Dr. Corcoran and his staff explained the process and what to expect, they made me feel relaxed! Loved the little goody bag they send you home with! A nice added touch to the whole wonderful experience!
Third root canal with this great staff....even after moving from the area, I drive over one hour for treatment from these wonderful people...from front office to entire treatment team, there are none better! Thank you Dr. Corcoran for assembling an awesome team!
My husband was referred here for a root canal. Without any discussion before the root canal, we were asked to promptly pay $1400 after the procedure. It is now 5.5 weeks past that date and our insurance company has still not received the claim as of today. Every time we call, we get excuses or a run around. The office claims it had to mail in the claim, despite multiple insurance reps saying the office could’ve submitted it electronically. I needed an emergency root canal and these fabulous peeps got me in same day...Fast and zero pain! The whole staff and Doc are quite entertaining. They could understand my sentences mouth wide open while drilling...Now that is Skill!
Dr. Corcoran and his staff are great from the front desk to the super great dental assistants. Dr. Corcoran has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The dentist is usually my least favorite place to go. I did not feel that way at all. During the procedure and now, the next day I have had no pain. I would definitely go back in the future and would highly recommend.
How great can a root canal be? Amazing with Heather and Dr. Corcoran! I can’t say enough about the wonderful treatment and amazing ‘bedside manner!’
