We lived here for 1.5 years and we loved our stay. It's a quiet apartment complex, slightly old but very well maintained. The layouts are spacious and the rents affordable considering the strategic location (direct bus line to U-Dist, walkable to QFC and Northgate shopping mall). The in-house managers are friendly and always communicate building repairs (that might cause temporary discomfort to tenants) way in advance so we can plan ahead.
