Banfield prices have gone up exponentially. Exams seem faster than a drive through car wash, not thorough. An appointment for a sedation x-ray wasn't completed as planned due to an oppps in communication on their end. I called out of work (unpaid) to accommodate the drop of and pick up, and now I have to reschedule! When my plan is up for the year, I'm out. I've been with Banfield for 14 years, used to be great, not it's terrible!
Stop charging higher prices and offer meaningful customer service - not tell me if I want a prescription refilled I will have to order in advance of when I want or they will not guarantee I will get it.
