Rent is expensive not worth it , Sharon property manager always rude to tenants Maintenance always behind the schedule
Sharon was very friendly and helpful she answered all my questions regarding the rental took me for tour to show me my new place I highly recommend this apartment and see sharon to get taken care
I have been living at Pine Haven Apartments for 14 years and I have had great living experience here. The property manager, Sharon has been the best property manager I've ever had. She is always nice, respectful and always answer my questions and concerns. She always check and make sure that everything in the property is okay. She made so many improvements and she takes care of the property very well over the years. This apartment complex is completely not worth it. The property manger Sharon is extremely RUDE! The apartments in the buildings are completely out dated for the price they are listing them for. Mantience takes for ever to full fill request. They have raised rent several times in a year. Also my car was broken into several times in the back parking lot that are supposedly secured with camera which was a LIE. I was told because when asked for the footage there was none !!! The property manger did not care just put a flyer out... read more
