This apartment complex is completely not worth it. The property manger Sharon is extremely RUDE! The apartments in the buildings are completely out dated for the price they are listing them for. Mantience takes for ever to full fill request. They have raised rent several times in a year. Also my car was broken into several times in the back parking lot that are supposedly secured with camera which was a LIE. I was told because when asked for the footage there was none !!! The property manger did not care just put a flyer out... read more

New owners took over nothing has been done parking lot looks terrible large pot holes rent was raised hallways aren clean elevator keeps breaking its not safe
New owners took over middle of 2022. Since then they have raised the rent on every apt 2x in less the a yr. Property is not kept up like it use to be. Walls are paper thin and they have removed carpet from vacant apartments and replaced with peel and stick flooring. You hear a pin drop and I’m not exaggerating. They let families move into these small 1 bedroom spots and it has become so noisy and unsafe. I wish previous owners would have never sold. It was 5star back then. This is horrible.
