Barely any parking
Used to live here. Sylvia blamed us for the mold when it was caused by their roof leaking. Sylvia claimed we left the apartment filthy when we didn't. She made that up to charge money and kicked us out on purpose. She came in complaining when she did the inspection so that shows she planned to make things up and kick us out. She blamed us for cockroaches when pest control is legally the landlord's responsibility.
