I’m so grateful to have found this office. The service is outstanding. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants and nurses, everyone is truly amazing! The place is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and attentive. My daughter’s physician Dr. Pines is incredible. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Not only that, she has excellent bedside manners. I cannot recommend this pediatric group enough. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to make our family feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. This review is specifically for Dr. Pines, not the office itself. To be honest, the wait times at the office can be quite long. However, Dr. Pines is absolutely worth the wait. We first became her patients by chance last year and ended up switching to her permanently—and I’m so glad we did. She is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Amazing practice. Everyone is so patient. I love everyone at this office. They are so patient and loving. Dr. Pines is an amazing doctor added to the family here at Pinecrest Pediatrics.
We love Dr. Pines and all the nurses at Pinecrest Pediatrics. We had a few urgent doctor office visits and they always accommodated either same day or the next morning. Extremely grateful for this Dr. Pines and this practice! I’m not sure what other reviewers are talking about, we’ve never waited more than 5 mins to see the nurse & doctor - which has been amazing!!
