This review is specifically for Dr. Pines, not the office itself. To be honest, the wait times at the office can be quite long. However, Dr. Pines is absolutely worth the wait. We first became her patients by chance last year and ended up switching to her permanently—and I’m so glad we did. She is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Amazing practice. Everyone is so patient. I love everyone at this office. They are so patient and loving. Dr. Pines is an amazing doctor added to the family here at Pinecrest Pediatrics.
We love Dr. Pines and all the nurses at Pinecrest Pediatrics. We had a few urgent doctor office visits and they always accommodated either same day or the next morning. Extremely grateful for this Dr. Pines and this practice! I’m not sure what other reviewers are talking about, we’ve never waited more than 5 mins to see the nurse & doctor - which has been amazing!! Excellent medical professionals, it is true you might have a bit of a wait. However, in my experience you usually wait at 90% of doctors offices. Unless you are paying for concierge medical consultations. With that said,the wait is the expected amount. The care for the patients is exceptional. Dr Taboas has been my son’s pediatrician from day one. Her and Mercy NP are sweet, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.
