We stayed in the cabins for a week and loved it! It was quiet and cozy with a nice breeze. The fire pit in front of the beautiful waterfall/stream was perfect for a family grill out! Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

I suggest locals try it for vacation! It's the perfect place for a family to have a great time and not break your budget! I sat on the porch of Hawks Haven last night watching the moon dance between two huge old pine trees. This morning I sat there listening to the birds wake up and the river run by. Watching day break over the river was a sweet moment.

My wife and I had some business to take care of in Vt. and picked Pine Crest to stay at. I've never been there before and found it on the Internet. We liked it so much we stayed longer. Pierre and his staff were super friendly and the accommodations were very clean. We spent one night in the motel and three nights in a cabin. They had no problem with me having my dog there. I highly recommend staying there.
Simply beautiful HERE and yes we will stay here again. Yes atmosphere is perfect, the grounds beautiful, the pool crystal clear. The sounds of the stream breath taking. If you don't stay here your missing out!!!! Jim and Patty Lamoureux
I didn't personally stay, but I visited a friend who stayed..Beautiful landscaping, relaxing, friendly atmoshere, and so nice to have "pet friendly" lodging nearby. I also loved all the names of the cabins!
I go the same time every year for rainbow trout. Always look forward to it. Pierre is great and will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. You get treated like a personal friend. These little cabins are perfect for me. I can fish right outside the door and relax in the sun when we take a break.
the only thing disappointing about the Pine Crest was the "uncooperative" weather- rainy and cold- how dare they! On a serious note though manager, Piere was very nice, helpful, down to earth..the cabins were clean, well equipped, peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds- just what I needed- a wonderful spot by the river and waterfall with a pit for a bonfire!!!!
