good rate, good location good rate, good location
nice breakfast They were accommodating and friendly and breakfast was fine. Our room was clean and we were treated just fine.
The price rocked Overall the room was ok. There was plenty of hot water and clean towels. The sheets were clean and the bed was confy! The bar is Awesome! And you don't have to pay the 5 dollar cover to get in if you stay at the hotel. Overall we had a very nice weekend. It wasn't the Hilton but It fit what we were there for perfectly! And the price rocked! The comedy show on Thursday night at the peppertree lounge is awesome. There is even a DJ after the comedy show....
Good location It had adequate. Accommodations, shower, toilet, heater all worked. It was fine for an inexpensive one night stay. It is in a pretty good location.

Yard area was beautiful Yard area was beautiful. We had a ground level and could walk right out to the green grass and set in the shade.

Nice Hotel Nice Hotel. Nothing special but ok. Was one of the cheapest in Town, but compared to one in a bigger City still to expensive for what you get.
