Went by there today Pinecrest saw a lady walking her dogs and I asked her what was the office and she told me on the corner so I went to the corner office the door was open but the screen was locked so I stood there a good 10 minutes waiting on the manager to come back to the office so the lady comes across the yard with her three dogs and tells me she don't have anything available and I said well that's strange cuz I called and a lady told me that she had a two bedroom available she said I was the one that you talk to but I... read more

Pinecrest management isn't to make friends with the residents. It is to manage the apartments the proper way, unlike the past managers. Not to show/decide based on favoritism, special treatment, age,sex, race, or religion. Follow the rules, be respectful, don't act a fool & you won't have any issues. Like any other housing facility ran with professionals.
